How many times do you stir natto?
It’s said that older people generally tend to stir more than younger people. Also, from what I’ve heard, it’s been scientifically proven that well-stirred natto tastes better.
That said, how many times should we stir natto to get the best taste? To find out the answer, I’ve tried as far as I can go, and stirred it 10,000 times.
Then, guess what? After being stirred 10,000 times,
natto has turned into something that tastes like kanimiso. It’s definitely worth a try - only if you don’t mind spending 1 hour and 40 minutes. |
